In 1988 Sara launched the Pussy Posse, a unique Post-Feminist movement known for transforming derelict spaces, populating them with underground artists, imaginaries, musicians, and LGBT performance. Sara continued championing the regeneration of inner- city spaces, a theme that runs through her work to date.
With over 1000 events and projects including her work, collaborations and multi- sensory, immersive experiences with brands like Instagram, Selfridges WAREHOUSE, Volvo, LFW, Jameson, Evian, Victorinox, Channel 4, MTV, Sky, Dom Perignon, Elle, MAC, LG, BBC, Absolut, Tommy Hilfiger, Universal and British Airways to name a few... Blonstein continues to diversify and collaborate, with public art installations for Peter Blake, Christo and Jeanne Claude, the Fourth Plinth project, Gillian Wearing and the unveiling of the Millicent Fawcett statue in Parliament Sq.
Sara’s fashion involvement is second to none, a champion and supporter of both established and emerging talent, producing many cutting edge, extraordinary shows and launching the careers of A Cold Wall, CAREERS OF Roksanda, Gareth Pugh, Henry Holland, Charles Jeffrey Loverboy and introducing Hussein Chalayan’s first UK show. With over 600 shows, Sara produced the only show the Queen has attended for Richard Quinn in 2018.
